Non-diet and intuitive eating support at Relinquish is for people who want to step away from dieting, food rules, and weight-focused approaches, and rebuild a more trusting relationship with food and their body.

Support is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience. There is no expectation to eat in a certain way, follow plans, or pursue weight change. Care is collaborative and paced to what feels safe and manageable for you.

Who this support is for

This support may be helpful if you:

  • feel stuck in cycles of dieting, restriction, or overeating

  • experience guilt, anxiety, or fear around food

  • feel disconnected from hunger, fullness, or satisfaction

  • are exhausted by “good” and “bad” food thinking

  • want nutrition support that is not focused on weight or body size

You don’t need to be eating a certain way or feel ready to change everything. Uncertainty and mixed feelings are welcome here.

What non-diet & intuitive eating support means

Non-diet and intuitive eating support at Relinquish does not involve:

  • calorie counting, tracking, or monitoring

  • weight-loss goals or body measurements

  • rigid meal plans or food rules

  • pressure to change behaviours quickly

  • judgement about how or what you eat

You remain in control of decisions about your body, food, and care at all times.
