Our mission is to help you stop dieting, relinquish toxic diet culture, food rules and body
shame. To assist you in eating intuitively and connect to your body’s signals to become your
own body expert! Reconnect with the pleasure of eating and life by truly healing your
relationship with your body and food.
We believe in a weight neutral approach to health. This means we don’t make assumptions
about your health based on your size. We don’t hold the view that weight loss is necessary for
health or self-care. All bodies are worthy of care, kindness and respect and this includes eating without restrictions or guilt and moving your body in a way that you enjoy.
● Establish and nurture a more positive and healthful relationship with food, eating and
your body in a safe, compassionate space
● Reconnect with your internal body cues and understand your signals of hunger and
fullness
● Be present when eating by using mindfulness techniques to maximise food enjoyment
● There is no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ food. All foods are equal in their right to nourish our bodies
● Understand diet culture, how it affects you and how to reduce its impact on your
everyday life
● Choose a variety of foods within all food groups without restriction and food rules
● Focus on health goals – clinically measurable outcomes which your behaviour changes
can impact (e.g. cholesterol, blood sugar levels)
● Work on your health behaviours – weight is not a behaviour but an outcome related to a
complex interaction of past and current experiences
● You don’t need to lose weight or be in a smaller body to be healthy or happy!

Maddie has a passion for working with clients with mood disorders, gut health issues, and chronic diseases like diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Maddie’s love of all things food and nutrition began with her multicultural upbringing, where she was lucky enough to be exposed to both European and Asian cuisines. When Maddie isn’t talking about, making, or eating food, she loves hanging out with her dog, Archie, playing basketball or netball and tending to her plant babies.
