Support is delivered within a Health At Every Size®-aligned, client-centred framework, with safety, consent, and collaboration prioritised throughout care.
Referrals are accepted from:
General Practitioners
Psychologists and counsellors
Psychiatrists
Allied health professionals
Other members of a client’s care team
Care is collaborative and guided by the needs and preferences of the individual.
Dietetic support may be appropriate for clients requiring:
non-diet and intuitive eating support
eating disorder dietetic care
trauma-informed nutrition support
support to reduce distress around food and eating
nutrition care alongside psychological or medical treatment
Referrals do not require a confirmed diagnosis to proceed.

Eating Disorder Treatment Plans
Private referrals
Referral documentation can be sent directly to the practice, or clients may self-refer and provide details of their treating team.
Where appropriate and with client consent, Louise can collaborate with other treating professionals to support continuity of care.
This may include:
sharing relevant nutrition updates
aligning goals and pacing
supporting medical and psychological treatment plans
Communication is guided by consent and professional boundaries.

Clients requiring medical or psychological care are supported alongside their treating practitioners.
